Bacon Chicken – chicken breast wrapped in bacon accompanied with a cream of white wine, caper & whole seed mustard sauce
Lamb Shanks – slow roasted lamb shanks served with a rich red wine jus
Cabernet Beef –medium rare beef served with a rich Cabernet jus
Vegetable Fettucine– Mediterranean style vegetables with a chunky tomato sauce, pesto & pinenuts

Pavlova with fresh fruit
Mudcake with icecream
